Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has worked continuously in public life for the past 25 years with dedication, discipline, and a sense of duty to the nation. He began his constitutional responsibilities in 2001 as Chief Minister of Gujarat and now serves the nation as Prime Minister. His commitment to bringing every poor person, farmer, woman, youth and member of disadvantaged sections into the mainstream of development is clearly reflected in his working style.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has fulfilled the long-cherished dream of a grand and divine Shri Ram Temple and, while working towards the vision of Ram Rajya, has ensured housing for the poor, adequate food and better educational opportunities for children. He was speaking while welcoming the youth participating in the Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra from Vadnagar to Varanasi at Punjapura in Dewas district.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav transferred ₹212.57 crore directly into the bank accounts of 35.42 lakh social security pension beneficiaries in the state through a single click. He announced the conversion of the Karanawat Police Assistance Centre into a police station, construction of residential quarters for police personnel, and allocation of funds for a government warehouse.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also participated in the Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra, distributed scooters to meritorious students and benefits under various schemes, and planted saplings with the bike riders. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Devda and MP Shri V.D. Sharma were specially present.
Shri Dipesh Goti is a Resident of Shajapur District
Prime Minister Shri Modi virtually interacted with riders of the ‘Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra’ travelling from Vadnagar to Varanasi at different locations. At Punjapura in Dewas district, Seva Yatri Shri Dipesh Goti shared experiences of the journey so far with Prime Minister Shri Modi during a virtual interaction held in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.
Shri Goti, a resident of Shajapur district, said that the journey had provided an opportunity to learn different languages and become familiar with the cultures of young people from other states. He also interacted with beneficiaries of the PM Awas Yojana along the route, while efforts are underway to connect beneficiaries of various government schemes through the NaMo App.
PM Shri Modi Appreciates Entrepreneurial Spirit of Madhya Pradesh Youth
When Prime Minister Shri Modi asked Shri Goti about his efforts to connect with local people inVadnagar, he said that he had exchanged contact details with some locals to explore business opportunities. Prime Minister Shri Modi appreciated the initiative and said that the outlook ofMadhya Pradesh was also changing, with the state’s youth increasingly exploring business opportunities wherever they go and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
Madhya Pradesh youth have introduced an initiative titled ‘My Promise to Modi Ji’ during the Seva Sankalp Yatra. Under the initiative, 25 service activities have been listed, with each Seva Yatri taking a pledge to undertake one of these service activities.

He said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has dedicated every moment of his life and every effort towards serving the people of the country. Prime Minister Shri Modi continues to work consistently towards improving the lives of every citizen.
Sugam Parivaha Seva to Begin in Madhya Pradesh on September 25
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Bagli in Dewas was the area of work of former Chief Minister Late Kailash Joshi, a leader known for his dedication. He said that the journey of development and public welfare continues through the tireless efforts of dedicated workers.The state government, under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Modi, is expediting all schemes related to public service and welfare. He said that on September 25, the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, bus services of the Madhya Pradesh State Transport Corporation, which have remained discontinued for 20 years, will be resumed.
Madhya Pradesh has a road network of 5 lakh kilometres, while highways and expressways are also being developed rapidly. State transport buses will operate within urban local bodies, between cities and to other states. The rural population of the state will also benefit from the Mukhyamantri Sugam Parivahan Bus Service.
State Government Continues to Work for the Welfare of Farmers, Women and Youth
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that during the Year of Farmer Welfare, the state government is committed to expanding irrigation facilities. With the blessings of the Narmada, Dewas district is also receiving adequate water for irrigation. The area under irrigation in the state has now reached 65 lakh hectares. He said that while the price of wheat had remained between ₹300 and ₹400 per quintal until 2002-03, the state government is now ensuring better returns for farmers. This year, wheat has been procured from farmers at ₹2,625 per quintal under MSP, including a bonus of ₹40. He added that financial assistance is also being transferred every month to the bank accounts of Ladli Behna beneficiaries. Women who are currently not receiving benefits under the Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana will be included next year as per eligibility. More than ₹55,000 crore has been provided to Ladli Behna beneficiaries so far.
Primary School Dropout Rate Reduced to Zero in the State
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that every effort is being made to provide better education and employment opportunities to the youth and children of the state. Meritorious students of government schools are being provided laptops, scooters, bicycles, books and scholarships. He said that the dropout rate in government primary schools in the state, which was once 16 per cent, has now been reduced to zero through the efforts of the state government. The school education budget has been fixed at ₹38,000 crore.
Madhya Pradesh Has One of the Lowest Unemployment Rates in the Country
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra is covering more than 35,000 kilometres between Vadnagar and Varanasi and back. More than 17,000 kilometres—over half of the total distance—will be covered within Madhya Pradesh. He said that the future of Madhya Pradesh and the country depends on making the state’s youth responsible and aware. The state government has undertaken fresh recruitment to 18,000 posts in the Police Department, while the MSME sector is providing employment to 1.20 crore people. He said that Madhya Pradesh has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country. Regional public representatives and a large number of youth were present at the programme in Punjapura, Dewas.
