Jaipur, Oct 2026: The 39th meeting of the Board of Directors of Adani Renewable Energy Park Rajasthan Limited was held on Saturday at the Government Secretariat under the chairmanship of Rajasthan Chief Secretary V. Srinivas. The company is a joint venture between the Rajasthan government and the Adani Group.
The meeting discussed provisions related to solar and renewable energy policies, land-related matters and the company’s annual accounts. Various other agenda items were also taken up, including the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy and the expenditure proposed under the policy for the financial year 2026–27.
The meeting also deliberated on matters concerning the development and implementation of renewable energy initiatives in the state, along with financial and administrative issues related to the joint venture.
Principal Secretary T. Ravikant, Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Managing Director Rohit Gupta and Joint Secretary, Finance, Devendra Arora were present at the meeting.
Representing the Adani Group, Adani Green Energy Limited Chief Executive Officer and Director of the joint venture Ashish Khanna, along with Head of Corporate Affairs and Director Ajay Kumar Sharma, participated in the meeting.
The discussions covered policy, financial, land and social responsibility matters concerning the functioning of Adani Renewable Energy Park Rajasthan Limited and its role in the state’s renewable energy sector.
